force majeure:不可抗力

1.A force majeure event is one that cann't generally be brought under control .Some social disturbances and certain natural disasters are considered as force majeure .(不可抗力一般是指 不可预料或者人为无法控制的，尤其指自然或者社会因素所导致的。举个例子啊，比如众所周知的地震，自然因素吧，人为无法控制的啊。。。

2.Features of a force majeure enent:

1）it happens during the validity of the contract

2)it is not due to the negligence of the buyer or seller

neither the buyer nor the seller can control the situation

3.The possibly results of force majeure

*Terminaion /Postponement of contract
