The system for reconciliation in the civil suits is one of our law systems with Chinese characteristics，it plays an important role in economic development and maintaining a more safety society as well as helping to promote social progress。for years，this civil reconciliation

system continue to rely on the masses，pay attention to investigation and study，

solve problems in the nearby region and put the mediation in the first place and carry it out on a lawful，reasonable ， voluntary，clear and responsible basis。but it becoming more and more difficult and insufficient due to the currently imperfect judicial states with the economic transition and the joining in WTO。in this article， the civil reconciliation system issues are been discussed and the measures are also been introduced。
